ITEM CARE

All garments are extremely delicate. PLEASE reach out to me if you have any questions/concerns prior to cleaning. 

Silk//Charmeuse: Dry clean only. 

Embroidered Pieces: HAND-WASH ONLY. DO NOT BLEACH OR TUMBLE DRY.

SHIPPING

All garments are made by hand in Miami, so please allow up to 3 weeks for all items to get shipped. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and liable once the product has been dispatched by our team.

RETURNS

All items are available can be exchanged or a store credit will be issued. No refunds are permitted. Any store credit given to the customer can only be applied to a new order.  Items must be returned in original conditions- NO returns on worn items. The returned items must be sent back to BY GIANNA within 14 days.
